Yoga for Mental Wellbeing
Ever noticed how your mind keeps running long after the day is done? Replaying conversations, rehearsing tomorrow, never quite switching off.
In this 90-minute evening session, Acharya Bala, founder of Hatha Vidya Traditional School of Yoga, unpacks what yoga really is (it's much more than poses), why the mind becomes restless, and how classical yoga helps to steady it. Bring your questions about yoga, mental wellbeing, or what you're navigating right now to an open Q&A. Then close the evening with a guided breathing relaxation or meditation.
Acharya Bala brings more than two decades of practice and teaching rooted in the classical yoga texts. He's based in Dubai and India, so his week in Singapore is a rare chance to learn from him in person.
No yoga experience needed. Just come as you are.
